Prime Healthcare is seeking an Operating Room Tech to join Saint Clare's Health in Lake Arrowhead, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience in scrubbing procedures and maintaining a sterile field, with a minimum of 3 years in a surgical setting.

This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $23.83 to $33.03 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401K retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Graduate of an ORT training program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a surgical setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare sterile supplies and instruments for assigned procedures.
• Maintain sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Provide surgeon with necessary sterile supplies and instruments.

Responsibilities

The Operating Room Tech is responsible for the preparation of sterile supplies and instruments for each assigned procedure, maintaining sterile field during case and providing surgeon with sterile supplies and instruments during assigned procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
• Graduate of an ORT training program or on the job training with a minimum of 3 years experience (surgical setting preferred).
• Experience in scrubbing minor and major procedures in the generalized surgical specialties, (i.e., GYN, General and Plastics).
• Experience in scrubbing at least minor procedures in the specialty surgical areas (i.e., ortho, neuro, ENT, Uro. Etc.).
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.83 to $33.03. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
