Job summary

Job Summary

The Scrub Tech (Surgical Technologist) is responsible for assisting surgeons, registered nurses, and other members of the surgical team in providing safe and effective patient care during operative procedures. This role prepares and maintains sterile surgical fields, organizes instruments and supplies, anticipates the needs of the surgeon throughout procedures, and ensures adherence to aseptic and infection control standards.
