Incredible Health in Waco, TX is actively hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic OR teams serving diverse surgical specialties. Shifts include day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per-diem options, in a hospital setting renowned for trauma care and teaching opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, and 1+ year OR experience.

Competenze

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of OR/surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred

• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families

Salary: $54,000 to $100,000 /year
