Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) for the Media, PA area. Hospitals on Incredible Health offer day, night and mid shifts with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem work in a Level 2 trauma setting.

Ideal candidates have ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and 1+ year OR experience. ACLS/PALS are preferred; aseptic techniques and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• ACLS and/or PALS certifications preferred
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards
• Maintain aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room
• Assist in intra-operative patient care and perform nursing/technical duties as assigned
• Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Media, PA area for the following position: Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN). Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU experience, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Transplant, or Vascular.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
• Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families
