Role offers onboarding and on‑the‑job training, with a clear pathway into perioperative careers. Education requirements include a HS diploma; BLS certification is required within two months of hire, CNA or EMT preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years experience (1 year preferred).
• BLS within 2 months of hire; CNA or EMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down operating rooms to ensure readiness for each surgical case.
• Clean and disinfect OR surfaces and equipment following infection control standards.
• Sort and dispose of contaminated materials per hospital guidelines.
• Transport patients to and from Surgery while providing comfort and observing safety needs (Main OR only).
• Stock supplies, maintain equipment, and support efficient room turnover.
• Work cooperatively with the surgical team in a high‑acuity, time‑sensitive environment.
