Job summary

LivaNova is seeking an Operating Room Support Specialist to join our Neuromodulation team in the United States. This part-time role supports the VNS Therapy System by assisting in the OR, collaborating with clinicians, and ensuring smooth intraoperative operations.

Responsibilities include understanding implantation processes, coordinating with hospitals, and responding to short-notice case coverage within a defined territory. Travel is limited, and pay is $60 per hour.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or clinical technical/operating room experience required
• Must be computer literate with MS Office
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and nonverbal skills to communicate in the OR

Operating Room Support Specialist – Role Overview

Our Operating Room Support Specialists help to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients living with epilepsy. Whether you are an experienced Nurse, Operating Room Support Specialist, or someone looking to be trained to enter the medical field, this is your opportunity! Get the chance to work in the OR collaborating with neurosurgeons, epileptology’s, and nurses supporting case coverage for our VNS Therapy System, which is FDA-approved for the treatment of refractory epilepsy.
