• Develop and/or contribute to the individualized plan of care.
• Monitor the patient's progress based on the plan.
• Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plan.
• Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures.
• Chart accurately, ensuring documentation reflects nursing process and interventions.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and health care team members.
• Practice customer service standards and ensure a clean, orderly work environment.
