Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking an RN OR Service Line Lead to coordinate perioperative services and support high-quality surgical care in Centennial, Colorado, with a focus on patient safety and operational excellence.

You will provide clinical leadership in the operating room, mentor staff, assist with complex procedures, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and oversee supplies and equipment to ensure readiness and safety.

Qualificações

• RN license required.
• Strong clinical leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in perioperative or surgical services preferred.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practices.
