Job summary

RN - OR position in Indiana with Cynet HealthStaff. The assigned RN will work in the operating room, circulating and scrubbing when required, on a 13-week assignment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of RN experience, Trauma Level I exposure, and is comfortable circulating with scrub duties. Responsibilities include OR coverage across multiple specialties, unit census 70–80 with 21 rooms, and potential to float as needed; expect a demanding call schedule of 40–60 hours every 6 weeks and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required.
• Trauma Level I experience required.
• Circulate in OR; scrub preferred.
• Must be able to float within scope to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in the operating room; scrub duties preferred.
• Care for patients across specialties including general, plastic, gynecology, ENT, trauma, orthopedics, GU, colorectal robotics.
• Maintain readiness for a 40-60 hour call schedule every 6 weeks.
