Job summary

Qualifications

• CA RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year acute care OR experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.
• CNOR preferred.
• Weekend night and holiday call required.
• Computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care for the Operating Room per policy and procedures.
• Lead unlicensed staff and assess patient information to plan care.
• Teach patients and family, follow MD orders, and evaluate care outcomes.
• Communicate and document data relevant to patient care and privacy.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Model professionalism and mentor new staff members.
