Job summary

SCA Health in Omaha, NE is hiring an Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) for Nebraska Spine Hospital. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, 40 hours per week across 4 shifts with rotating call, and eligibility for a facility bonus program at 5% of base pay.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and BLS/ACLS; PALS may be required depending on pediatric scope. Experience in OR or medical-surgical nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA Health.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
