eHospitalHire seeks an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse in Naples, FL to join a collaborative surgical team. You’ll prepare patients for procedures, support the surgical team, and ensure high-quality care through recovery with precision and teamwork.

You’ll work with surgeons and anesthesia professionals, applying clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment. The role requires Florida RN license, OR experience, and BLS/ALS certifications; on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license and OR experience.
• BLS and ALS certifications required.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care per standards and protocols.
• Provide hands-on nursing care throughout the surgical process.
• Anticipate needs of surgeons and the surgical team for safe, efficient procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments with available resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
• Mentor and preceptor for new nurses and students.
• Stay current with evolving clinical practices and participate in on-call responsibilities.
