Job summary

Eyecare Partners Surgery Center in Wichita, KS seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Pre-Op, Post-Op and PACU teams. This full-time role emphasizes assessment, planning, and documentation of nursing care in line with established standards and ASC policies. Direct patient care and a strong focus on safety are essential.

The RN will supervise care, ensure HIPAA compliance, keep accurate records, participate in ongoing education, and collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality nursing services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• One year of nursing experience in surgical/ASC/Pre/Post-Op/PACU or OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care.
• Supervise and direct patient care in the operating room.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient rights.
• Document accurately in patient records.
• Coordinate with management and other departments.
