Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking a highly skilled RN to join our Operating Rooms team at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin. This role offers 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) with variable 8-hour shifts, including call responsibilities and weekend coverage, in a fast-paced perioperative environment.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire date.
• PALS within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess patients and plan care.
• Collaborates with interprofessional team to provide high-quality outcomes.
• Demonstrates clinical expertise in the RN role across perioperative care.
• Mentors and engages others to promote professional development.
