Job summary

ProMedica Flower Hospital in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care, assess needs, and collaborate with the care team to implement and evaluate plans. You will work with patients and families to ensure comfort and safety while maintaining high standards of care.

The RN must hold an active Ohio license, CPR certification, and ongoing CE; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• Ohio RN licensure requires 24 contact hours of continuing education; at least 1 hour related to the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a patient’s plan of care and communicate with the patient, families and the health care team.
• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
