Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited nursing program.

• Minimum of three years work experience as a nurse.
• Operating room experience may be required.

• Performs assessment/data collection focusing on physiologic and cognitive status.
• Forms a goal-directed plan of care prioritized by nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.
• Implements care in a knowledgeable, skilled manner to achieve patient outcomes.
• Establishes priorities of patient care based on needs and resources.
• Performs in emergencies following established protocols and documents events.
• Maintains CPR/ACLS certification and participates in mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
• Demonstrates professional conduct and teamwork in delivering patient care.
