Job summary

Royalty Medical Solutions seeks an RN Manager of the Surgical Department for the Operating Room just outside Los Angeles. This direct-hire, full-time role requires a strong leadership background in surgical services and adherence to nursing standards.

The ideal candidate will have California RN licensure, BCLS, and five+ years of surgical/OR leadership, with BSN preferred or an MSN. The position emphasizes staff development, regulatory compliance, and patient safety in a demanding trauma-center

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN or five (5) years management or supervisory experience in lieu of BSN required.
• MSN highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Surgical Department in Operating Room.
• Demonstrate leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and performance of direct reports.
