Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state of WV preferred).
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consistent use of nursing process in daily practice and manages more complex patients with minimal assistance.
• Identifies personal learning needs to be competent in area of practice; independently performs advanced skills; begins to assist others to develop skills using the teaching/learning process.
• Initiate and effectively demonstrate behaviors which result in positive patient outcomes through group process; identifies need to change own practice based on PI/QI outcomes.
• Expands understanding of research process and the specific application to nursing practice
