Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time Operating Room RN II to join our state-of-the-art OR team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. You will provide skilled perioperative nursing care, work with a dynamic team, and support high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a BSN (or commitment to obtain within three years), current RN licensure, and OR RN experience; CNOR is a plus. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Day/Evening -3(12hr) 0700-1930/ & 1 (8hr) shifts, every other week
1-2 Spring/Summer Holiday | 1 Fall/ Winter Holiday |
1 Weekend every 4 weeks PRN 2-3 shifts per month |Trauma Call 1 per month

REQUIREMENTS

• BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire
• Current RN licensure required
• Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience.
• CNOR certification a plus.
• The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
