Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in accordance with nursing standards, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.

Key responsibilities include direct patient care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; developing and coordinating individualized care plans with education and discharge planning; evaluating interventions; collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary

Qualifications

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
Preferred OR experience and scrubbing skills (training provided if needed).
Ability to work in a clinical environment with rotating shifts.
On-call availability with a 30-minute response time.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
Evaluate nursing interventions and revise plans based on patient responses.
Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
Delegate tasks, promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
Participate in quality and safety programs, and support organizational goals.
