Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical environment.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans including discharge planning.
• Deliver direct patient care through treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures; evaluate effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs and resolve issues.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decisions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences and promote safety and satisfaction.
