Incredible Health in Bradenton, FL is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) to support our hospital partners. The role requires providing direct care before, during, and after surgery, maintaining sterile technique, and monitoring vitals while collaborating with surgeons, staff, patients, and families.

We welcome nurses with 1+ year OR experience; ACLS/PALS preferred. Full-time, part-time, and per diem options are available, with benefits including healthcare, 401K, PTO, and tuition

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years OR experience preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.
• Aseptic/sterile technique experience.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care.
