Zusammenfassung

Memorial Hermann is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our nursing teams in Texas. You will provide professional nursing care, perform assessments, educate patients, and maintain medical records while collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Hours are five 8-hour shifts per week with no call, weekends or holidays. Prior OR experience is preferred, orthopedic OR experience is a PLUS, and ongoing professional growth is encouraged within our culture of caring and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Texas RN license (or temporary/compact license) to practice nursing
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on unit requirements

• Delivers safe and appropriate nursing care per the skills inventory and patient needs
• Coordinates nursing care with interdisciplinary team and makes appropriate clinical decisions
• Directs and may delegate tasks to the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes
• Develops discharge and transfer plans and treatment plans
• Promotes patient-centered care and adherence to standards and policies
