Job summary

Mcbride Orthopedic Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse, Operating Room, to provide direct patient care during surgery and support a safe, efficient peri-operative team.

The role requires a current Oklahoma RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire; prior OR experience is preferred; CPSI knowledge is a plus.

You will precept new staff, uphold patient safety, and coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive setting.

Qualifications

• Current license by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to practice as an RN.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the intra-operative period.
• Maintain a safe, efficient peri-operative environment.
• Precept and mentor new staff, students, or visitors.
