AdventHealth in Denver, CO, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. You will administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families to support recovery.

The role requires RN licensure, 1+ year of medical-surgical experience, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, with a strong emphasis on safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skill set and compassionate care for patients and families.
• Works independently, takes direction from physician and management.
• Safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, IV pumps, monitors, and sterilization.
• Must be proficient in English and able to communicate effectively.
• EMR charting experience and basic computer literacy required.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team for continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Document care activities and maintain medical records accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and aftercare.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Maintain sterile environment and follow safety protocols.
• Perform IVs, wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
