Job summary

Advocate Health's OR nursing team in Sheboygan County seeks a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a full-time 0.9 FTE equivalent with 36 hours per week, featuring a mix of 8- and 10-hour shifts and posted four weeks in advance. Typical shifts run 6:45 a.m.–3:15 p.m.

or 6:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m., with weekend and holiday call rotation. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification. OR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state where you practice.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• OR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in the OR using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
