Job summary

The RN Clinical Coordinator for the Operating Room at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, CO coordinates clinical and department activities, serving as a key clinical resource and role model for the unit.

This role drives operational throughput, real-time staff deployment, and shift logistics to ensure seamless patient flow across Trauma, Neuro, Cardiac, Robotics and Vascular services. We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 relocation assistance to eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or by endorsement.
• One (1) year of clinical RN experience.
• RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data. Evaluates patient’s response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcome.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides leadership, support, and coordination of unit’s daily operations during designated shift.
• Assists in directing, organizing, and prioritizing all shift activities ensuring patient care and staff needs are met.
• Ensures appropriateness of admissions/cases to the unit/department and that appropriate staff skill mix exists to provide safe patient care.
• Liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.
