Responsibilities include data collection, care coordination, team collaboration, and patient education. Requires a Bachelor's in Nursing and current NY RN license with BLS certification; perioperative experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current Registered Professional Nurse license in New York.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Perioperative OR/PACU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document patient healthcare data.
• Prioritize care based on data and goals.
• Coordinate with patient/family and interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Document assessments and changes in medical records.
• Implement safe, timely patient care interventions.
• Educate patients and families about health status and care plan.
