Job summary

Singing River Health System is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Ocean Springs Hospital. The RN delivers direct patient care, follows the Nursing Process, and maintains competency through the Nurse Residency Program for new grads.

The position requires MS RN licensure and ACLS/PALS/TNCC readiness or certification. Shifts are from 6:30AM to 3:00PM with rotating call; you will work under the Patient Care Manager and collaborate with LPNs and aides in a busy inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• RN inpatient clinical experience required (minimum 1 year, within past 5 years)
• Must complete de-escalation training by orientation end (90 days)
• ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications preferred or in progress

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process per regulatory standards
• Participate in Singing River Nurse Residency Program for new grads
• Report to the Patient Care Manager and supervise licensed practical nurses and aides
• Adapt to rotating call shifts and maintain clinical competencies
