Job summary

Ingenovis Health is hiring an Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) to support patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases in Olney, MD. You will educate patients, circulate and/or scrub, and work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists during procedures.

The role requires 1–2 years of recent OR experience, an active RN license in Maryland, and the flexibility for travel as needed for assignments. Extensive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Job description

As an Operating Room Nurse, or OR RN, you'll be responsible for patient care in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of a patient's surgical experience. OR RN job duties include patient education, circulating and/or scrubbing, and working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists during and after surgical procedures.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• - 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
