Overview

Operating Room Registered Nurse – Full-Time (3x12s) & (4, 10s) | Lithonia, Georgia

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our surgical services team. This role offers a predictable schedule, strong team support, and an exceptional workplace culture.

Schedule

• Full-time, three 12-hour shifts per week
• One call shift per week (shared among all full-time RN circulators, including the charge nurse)
• One weekend call shift (Saturday or Sunday) per 6-week schedule
• Weekend call is 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in a variety of surgical specialties
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment
• Collaborate with the surgical team for efficient, high-quality procedures
• Assist with room preparation, equipment checks, and documentation
• Respond promptly to intraoperative needs and changes

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Georgia or compact)
• Minimum 1 year of OR circulating experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced surgical setting
