River Ridge Surgical Suites, is seeking an experienced and motivated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our fast-paced outpatient surgical team.
At River Ridge Surgery Center the OR RN is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative nursing care in a busy ambulatory surgery center environment. This position requires the ability to manage a high-volume surgical schedule, maintain efficient room turnover, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, and adapt quickly to changes throughout the surgical day.
The ideal candidate will have previous operating room experience with knowledge of orthopedic and hand surgery, strong clinical judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced outpatient setting.
