Briarcliff Ambulatory Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, is hiring a Per Diem Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in Kansas City. The Circulating RN will provide nursing care during surgery, positioning and prepping patients, and circulating cases.

Position is weekdays only—no holidays, weekends, or on-call requirements, though some evenings may be required. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and service during surgery cases as Circulating RN.
• Position, prep, and circulate the case to ensure patient safety.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Briarcliff Ambulatory Surgery Center

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
