Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for the Asheville Surgery Center. You will lead the delivery of professional nursing care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with families.

You will collaborate with the care team, participate in councils and nursing initiatives, and comply with licensing and certification requirements including BLS and ACLS.

Formación

• 1+ year OR RN experience.
• Associates degree in nursing.
• Active RN license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC may apply.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Job Summary And Qualifications

This position is at Asheville Surgery Center.

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Experience: 1+ years of OR RN experience
• Required Education: Associates of Nursing
• Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON
• Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS
