Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Lead perioperative nurse to provide care for operating room patients using independent clinical judgment and evidence-based practice. You will deliver comprehensive perioperative care, collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care, while mentoring nursing staff to uphold patient safety and quality initiatives.

Lead in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with a focus on clinical quality improvement

Competenze

• RN licensed perioperative nurse or operating room nurse with current licensure.
• Ability to make independent clinical decisions in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
