Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide evidence-based perioperative care in a high-acuity surgical setting. The role involves circulating and/or scrub nursing before, during, and after procedures, depending on unit needs.

You will assess patients, maintain aseptic technique, administer medications, and support anesthesia and surgical workflow while collaborating with surgeons and staff.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with perioperative/OR experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and care-plan development skills.
