Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care seeks a CVOR Registered Nurse to provide expert cardiovascular perioperative care for patients undergoing complex cardiac and vascular procedures. You will deliver pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care in collaboration with the surgical team.

You will monitor hemodynamics and cardiac rhythm, maintain sterile technique, administer medications and IV therapy, document findings in the EHR, and support safe, evidence-based care through teamwork with surgeons,

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Strong cardiovascular perioperative knowledge and clinical judgment.
• Proficiency in critical monitoring, sterile practices, medication/IV administration, and detailed documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings.
