CARIN Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse (Operating Room) to provide perioperative care in Fayetteville, NC. You will assess patients, prepare the sterile field, and support surgical teams before, during, and after procedures in a fast-paced OR environment.

The role requires an active RN license and strong teamwork with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff, focusing on patient safety and education throughout the perioperative process.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (Operating Room)

Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, including patient assessment, surgical preparation, intraoperative monitoring, and post‑anesthesia support. Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards.

Key Duties

• Circulate and, as qualified, scrub for surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile field; support sterile technique
• Administer medications and manage patient care during procedures
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and provide post‑anesthesia support
• Document nursing care accurately and completely
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs
• Support patient and family education with a compassionate approach
