TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR Circulator) in Charlotte, MI for a 13-week onsite contract starting November 23, 2026. The role includes day shifts, 7:00–15:30, and 36–48 hours weekly with on-call responsibilities.

Qualified candidates will have ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications and prior OR nurse experience, including charge experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• 3+ years experience in OR nursing preferred.
• Previous charge nurse or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position / Specialty: OR Circulator RN in Operating Room.
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30.
• Onsite assignment; 13-week contract starting 11/23/2026.
• On-call duties include 7 days per month (M-F 1700–0700; weekends 0700–0700).

Day Shift 8 hours/day 5 days/week

Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse
Location: Charlotte, MI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 7:00 15:30
36 hours for 3,12-hour shifts
48 hours for 4,12-hour shifts
40 hours for shifts under 12 hours (8 or 10-hour shift).

Job Description:

• Position / Specialty: OR Circulator RN- Operating Room

• Start date: ASAP
• On Call Req?: Yes 7 days per month - call is M-F 1700-0700; Saturday and Sunday 0700-0700
• Years of experience REQ: 3 YR prefers 3-5
