Qualifications

• Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree, RN License
• Preferred: BSN Degree, OR Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care, including education on illness management and post-treatment needs
• Participate in safety, quality, and compliance activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural backgrounds
• Work safely in a safety-sensitive position, maintaining constant alertness
