At Mercy Ships, we are seeking an Operating Room Resource Manager to support the delivery of surgical services on our vessels. This role involves staffing, policy development, and ensuring high clinical standards. Ideal candidates are supportive of our mission, collaborative, and possess strong leadership skills. A Registered Nurse license and relevant experience in acute settings are required. This role offers a salary range of $79,000 - $85,000 and allows remote working.

The Operating Room Resource Manager plans and supports the provision of surgical services in the Operating Room (OR) departments onboard Mercy Ships vessels.
Responsible for staffing, and for ensuring equipment and resources required for the department are in place. Ensures the highest standards of clinical practice are upheld. She/He develops policies and procedures as needed and ensures documents are current, comprehensive, and effective. Provides centralized clinical and operational support to both the AFM and GLM OR departments.
