Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - Registered Nurse for our Main Operating Room. This role oversees daily OR operations, leading a team of perioperative RNs and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality surgical care.

The Clinical Supervisor coordinates schedules, resources and patient flow, supports surgeons and anesthesia teams, and ensures infection prevention and regulatory standards. You will mentor staff, support onboarding and education, and participate in quality and safety
