Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor – Registered Nurse for our Main Operating Room. This role leads daily OR operations, mentoring a team of perioperative RNs and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality surgical care.

You will coordinate schedules, resources, and patient flow, support surgeons and anesthesia teams, and ensure infection prevention and regulatory compliance. The supervisor also mentors staff, drives onboarding and education, and participates in quality and safety
