Responsibilities include scheduling, tracking education requirements, and providing coaching and corrective action as needed. Access to medication storage areas may be required in support of duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience is required.
• Experience in the surgical setting with demonstrated leadership ability or past management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing assistants in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain infection control standards.
• Assist with patient transport and positioning.
• Maintain related supply levels within the operating room.
• Prepare team member schedules and track educational requirements.
