Vandalia Health Mon Medical Center in Morgantown, WV seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Operating Room team. You will provide strategic direction for OR operations, ensuring safe, efficient perioperative care and superior patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring perioperative nursing leadership, strong clinical expertise, and a track record of team development in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses certification within six months of hire.
• At least three years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee OR operations and staffing.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff and hospital leadership.
• Support a high-performing perioperative team through development and mentoring.
