Job summary

Vandalia Health Mon Medical Center in Morgantown, WV is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Endoscopy Services team. You will oversee department operations and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and hospital leadership to support safe, high-quality patient care.

The Successful Candidate Should Have: an RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 3+ years of clinical experience, and a track record in staff development and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Experience managing or supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Endoscopy services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Endoscopy Services department operations and staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to ensure patient care quality.
• Drive staff development and performance improvement.
• Support operational excellence and patient outcomes.
