Qualifications

• 2 years or more of recent operating room nursing experience.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Current Alabama Registered Nurse License mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Circulating and setting up trauma procedures in various specialties.
• Operating and troubleshooting diverse medical equipment.
• Assisting surgeons in complex surgical procedures.

Skills

Proficient in circulating and setting up trauma cases

Proficient in operating medical equipment

Assisting with ECMO cannulation

Laparoscopic procedures proficiency

Entering patient orders and charges

Disaster response procedures

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
