Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking experienced Operating Room Nurses with 2+ years of perioperative care to provide direct patient care, assessment, and coordination in a fast-paced surgical environment in St. Louis.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree and RN licensure are required.
• 2-5 years of perioperative nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, CNOR certification, Periop 101, mastery test out preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical safety protocols, patient assessment, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures by preparing instruments and supplies, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining sterile technique.
• Monitor patients during surgery for complications and prevent adverse events such as infections or injuries.
• Label and preserve operative specimens for analysis.
