Job summary

Qualifications

• Formulates a goal directed plan of care based on nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.
• Implements care in a knowledgeable, skilled manner to reach patient outcomes.
• Establishes priorities of patient care based on needs and available resources.
• Handles emergency situations calmly following protocols and documents events.
