Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View is seeking a Full-Time Operating Room Registered Nurse. The center serves Northern Suffolk and is affiliated with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).

The RN is responsible for all departmental functions, maintaining safety, quality, and patient-service goals, and building relationships with staff, physicians, and vendors. BSN preferred, VA RN license, BLS, ACLS within 90 days, 2 years OR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing – BSN preferred.
• Current license as a VA Registered Nurse
• BLS required, ACLS within 90 days
• 2 years Operating Room experience preferred
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Manage all departmental functions in support of USPI’s mission and facility goals.
• Foster effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.
• Work with senior management to meet facility safety, quality, customer service, and financial goals.
• Provide leadership and maintain perioperative nursing standards.

No Weekends, No Call, No Holidays

Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View is seeking a Full-Time Operating Room Registered Nurse. We are a busy multispecialty surgery center serving Northern Suffolk and an affiliate of United Surgical Partners International (USPI). USPI’s mission is to care for each patient and their family as if they were our own. Each patient, each family, each and every time.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for all departmental functions in support of USPI’s mission, vision, and facility goals. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The Registered Nurse works with Senior Management in meeting facility safety, quality, customer service, and financial goals.
